Hi Warren:

It could be done either way, but would require some effort to do so.

I suppose for a general chit - chat roundtable discussion among the
active Part 15 operators, HF would be the way to go.

If reaching the masses is the objective; Echolink would provide a
greater outreach capability

Just a couple of probably many possibilities that could be tried.
