[Lowfer] GROUP ROUNDTABLE

I think I used echolink once years ago - it hooked  into a distant 2m repeater.
If there is a group on HF would someone be tying the HF and echolink together or would the echolink guys be chatting solely on the Internet like Skype?

And thus the problem with ANY HF frequency. Someone who might be
interested in discussing Part-15 might get left out because they don't
hold a General class or above license. This knocks out Tech's, Novices,
Hobbiest's and such, as well as Foreign stations such as the post from
the ZL station. There is no - One way fits everybody solution, Echolink
can be used to enhance, and extend, the opportunity to participate to
those who would want to use it, and are out of reach otherwise.
