[Lowfer] WSPR on 1750 meters, Uhhh - Sort of

Hey all:

Not there yet, but moving in that direction. Got the HTX-100 modified
and tuned up today. It's a glorified CB so the frequency stability
is not the greatest, but it will run WSPR. The drift is slow enough to
hold in for a WSPR transmission. I've been sending across the room 
direct out of the transverter using a clip lead for an antenna. It's
been doing fairly decent.
