Like Jay, conditions over night were down a bit compared to the previous
night. Noise was well behaved but didn't see XR and WMS as good and
again no copy of UWL. Best signals were around 0700Z. No sunrise
enhancement noted here on lowfers but did copy NDB EHA in KS on 377 kHz
at 1115Z. Had been looking for it a long time at other times to no avail.

On the VLF front, NPM, 21.4 kHz is still off the air. This morning NWC,
19.8 kHz and JJI, 22.2 kHz are coming in well. HWU, 18.3 kHz and DHO38,
23.4 kHz are in there too with the big 3 US transmitters and NAU, 40.8
kHz in P.R. Yesterday afternoon around 2000Z 17.9 and 22.7 kHz were busy
with TACAMO transmissions keying on and off and changing bandwidth.
