[Lowfer] sunrise at the watering hole

Like Jay, nothing was seen from UWL, even though it was clearly on and 
appearing in the W5JGV grabber. XR came through quite well and from 
0700Z to 1100Z WMS was in there weakly. MP and local SIW were solid all 
night. WD2XSH/17 in MA decoded on 502.4 kHz WSPR in the evening and NDB 
OW was detectable on 397 kHz so conditions to the NE must have been 
decent, but no WMs were noted.
