Hello Lowfers,

Does anyone here know the parameters of the H.F. Navtex transmissions on 4209.5 kHz.?  I have tried several
times to copy it using Navtex Decoder to no avail, assuming that it was using the same format as is used down
on 518 kHz.  I had the offset correct, used U.S.B., etc., but no go.  However, using MultiPSK set up for AMTOR-
FEC yields results, so I'm given to think that a different format is used on H.F.  Comments most welcome!
