[Lowfer] LF Transverter pictures posted to part15 group

Pictures of a couple of LF transverters of different designs , that I , beacon "CV" , and Andy , beacon "XR" are constructing have been posted of them "under construction" , for anyone interested .

They make good exciters for almost any band or IF that you want to use .

They are posted in our Yahoo Part15 group . ( There is no space between the part and 15 )  

I have just posted pictures of the VK5BR transverter that I am constructing . Mine is using a 
10 MHz. IF . It is under construction and I will add more pictures later . It is located in the Transverter folder .

I also have posted a picture of another LF transverter that I built , that also uses a 10 MHz. IF . It in the W5COV folder . This one uses a 10 MHz. oscillator module and a mini circuits mixer . It is complete now , and I will soon add pictures of the completed board .

Andy , KU4XR , "XR" LowFER beacon , is also building the VK5BR transverter , except he is using a 
28 MHz. IF .

We hope to experiment with new digital and other modes on 1750 meters Part 15 . Our first digital mode that we will be testing is WSPR .

We will be trying many different modes , so there will be something else to listen for besides QRSS CW .

Pleas tell us what projects that you are working on and feel free to post pictures .

We are trying very hard to attract more interest in Part 15 operation , no matter of the band or mode .
