[Lowfer] Bogus WSPR decodes

That's a bogus decode. You can count the number of active stations on 137 kHz on your fingers and
toes and have some left over...and that's not one of them. Another tip off is the grid square - it's
somewhere in the vicinity of Australia.
Bogus decodes can occur when there are multiple signals in the window - whether both are WSPR
signals or not. A few weeks back JB had several 'phantom' copies of my WSPR signal which were
uploaded to the database. This caused me to drag out the spectrum analyzer just to make sure there
was no problem on my end - which there wasn't. It became obvious that the problem occurred when both
WE2XGR/6 and myself were transmitting during the same time period although I've also seen it when
only one signal is present if it has a s/n somewhat > 0 dB. Not sure if the problem is in the
receiver, sound card or the program. Very rarely I do get a completely bogus decode with no big
signals about. No idea what causes that.
