[Lowfer] KU4XR WSPR challenge

OK; some have requested that I drop the power output to a 
REALLY - QRP level, so let's go for it.  SSB contest weekend,
and I'm running 200 Milli-Watts output, 100% transmit cycle,
standard WSPR window on 160 meters. Have at it guys, let's see
what WSPR can do.
