Mike,
Six years of lightning and RF. It's a P&B PRD-style relay that shorts
and grounds the loop when not in use. It has looked a little frazzled
for a while, but finally an arc started and began burning the plastic
between the poles. Have disconnected it from the loop and ordered a
replacement. I'm actually amazed that it lasted this long.
