[Lowfer] Unknown 12.5 KHz data signal update

Over the past few days I have noticed, primarily from Argo captures, a momentary
signal on various frequencies that resembles the repetition rate of the 12.5 KHz
signal I've been hearing. This leads me to believe 12.5 KHz is not the actual
frequency of the source.

Not know the frequency of the wireless power meter that was installed here close
to ten years ago I thought it to be a suspect. But after doing a little
research I found all the FCC type acceptance info on the FCC data base. The
meter is spread spectrum at 915 +/- 5 MHz. Sniffing the meter with a spectrum
analyzer confirms this. What I was surprised to see is how active the
transmissions are. I thought these meters only replied to a monthly reading
when polled but this meter is transmitting a near constant stream of data.

So I am convinced the power meter is not the source of the unknown VLF signal.
What I am hearing is definitely not a spread spectrum signal. At times I have
very faintly heard what appears to be a near constant polling transmission from
a master unit. The much stronger signal which I can receive any time only
transmits a few short burst separated by 10 or more minutes of silence.

I'm trying hard not to become obsessed with finding the source of these signals :)
