I agree with Jay. Very difficult copy here this morning, even with a 
plainly audible signal. You've got to set the transmit sampling rate for 
your sound card. One approach: Say you want your sound card to produce 
800 Hz. Adjust WOLF's transmit sampling rate so that you get the 800 Hz 
exactly. Can be done with another computer and your receiver, all 
properly calibrated (frequency and sampling rate) for receive.
