Hi all: Last night I ran WSPR on 160 meters at 5 Watts into a
Windom antenna up 32ft ( 15m ) AGL. There were a number of US
stations that took the time to look for my signal, and all of
them did get decodes. The most surprising, and pleasing report
came from the WSPRnet spot database. What I hoped to accomplish,
happened on the first overnight try:

2010-03-04 05:32 KU4XR 1.838102 -25 0 EM75xr 5 G4BOO IO91ij 6522 46

2010-03-04 05:42 KU4XR 1.838102 -30 0 EM75xr 5 G4BOO IO91ij 6522 46

That's a distance of 6,522 Km, ( 4,052 miles ) - 810 Miles Per Watt
>From my QTH in Friendsville, TN. ( EM75xr ) to G4BOO ( IO91ij )
David, in Thatcham Newbury, England.

Thanks to Garry, Dick, Lloyd, Charlie, Mike, and Kurt for your
reports. And the database shows decodes from KB2MEN - Harry in
Hopewell, NJ.

I only decoded 1 station from Oregon thru the night who was using
100 Watts. I hope to get some EU / UK decodes from here.

73 to all::
