[Lowfer] WM Ellsworth finally back on the air

Monitored the watering hole from 0730Z through sunrise overnight. 
Nothing was seen of the WMs except a single W from the Andover source 
just after starting to look. XR came through fairly well the whole 
night, but WMS only showed occasional letters and CV was just 
detectable. MP has been down for awhile.

Based on 518 kHz Navtex reception, conditions didn't seem bad. Greenland 
decoded as early as 0340Z, the San Francisco and Long Beach west coast 
stations decoded later, as did Tofino, BC at 0530Z. However, no lower 
power NDBs in Greenland like UP on 399 kHz did not come through. Should 
have looked to see how New England NDBs were faring but didn't.
