[Lowfer] Running WSPR on 160 for awhile

Hi Lloyd:

It appears I dropped out when I went below 250 mWatts. Considering the static crashes, that's pretty good I suppose. I'm bringing the power back up slowly.  Thanks for looking OM; and 73 to you..
