[Lowfer] MP and EAR

Back from vacation, it was nice to see both "local" lowfer beacons are 
still working well. MP on 185.301 kHz and EAR on 188.831 kHz using 
QRSS30, slow are day-time copy near Chicago, despite the never ending 
lightning racket this summer. Not sure who else is on but will try to 
monitor the watering hole overnight to see if something else comes 
through.
