Hi Todd, Lowfers,

The problem may be your choice of QRSS1 as the speed.  The program's intended use was for beaconing on 
136 kHz. and more recently 500 kHz. where QRSS30 is more the normal setting.  I've used it here for several
years now on my LowFER Beacon, running in a 486 laptop with Windows for Workgroups 3.0 non stop!
