[Lowfer] Calculating approximate antenna radiation resistance

The internet is a wealth of information, AND !!! confusion - fuur shurr

Am I correct that, when calculating for Rrad, the antenna height ( He )
is from the start of the radiator, out to the farthest tip of the hat ??
My understanding for " He " is Height - Effective. which includes the
added length from the top hat, which in the case of my antenna under
construction will be 39 feet of radiator, and 5 feet of top hat length
for a total ( He ) of 41 feet.
