Nope - that wont work with a X2 RF source (WSPR sig would have half the freq deviations) = so back to 506.00 CW and QRSS with a 2Hz 20sec period devaition HF.

Having another go at WSPR on 506.0 Dial USB.  Lots of head scratching on the driver freq using a divide by 2 and dial plus 1500Hz tone -  but I think Ive got it right now...
