Alan wrote a couple of years ago that we have propagation all year long, but 
noise in the summertime desenses the Argo. Last year I had reports and 
captures in all 12 months. Make me rethink what I thought I knew about 
propagation.

Good job Mitch. I am cuarious how you inserted the picture in the emial, I 
am somewhat computer challenged.
