[Lowfer] Watching WSPR tonight

I tried decoding with a 510.00 dial freq but only got garbage. There was 
also no breaks in the signal that I seen. I am down the band in the 
regular WSPR window whatever that freq is to see if I can decode 
something there.

John, are you decoding Bob at all? There is a strong signal showing in 
the waterfall but no decodes here.
