[Lowfer] Lowfer EAR

Haven't seen any reports on EAR for awhile so want to chime in that it's
weathering the winter fine and still coming in good daytime copy on
188.8307 kHz, QRSS30 to NE IL. MP comes in well 24/7 at the 185.3 kHz
watering hole, but it's generally observable via the W5JGV grabber,
although that hasn't updated since 1/27.

Appreciate the daytime capture of PBO by John. Its frequency is
noticeably up from where it was in December (credit W1VD). Because of
that the few elements I caught around 0530Z, 1/28/10 probably were from
PBO, but I'll need to copy more to be sure.

No lowfer copy here other than MP when I looked over night. Navtex was
reasonably good with decodes from Greenland to California, but nothing
as exotic as Chile like J.B. has been seeing. 600 meter WSPR activity
was "normal" with only WD2XSH/12 and /17 transmitting.
