 Yes that is the NE602/4060 downconverter and Spectrumlab setup.Ill put the link to Lyles page here :

I didnt use the 4060 divider because I happened to have a 170-khz crystal on hand .I like this setup much better than a receiver and upconverter .No VFO drift to deal with. Its very stable.However you are limited to the Lowfer band if you use 1 crystal .Not a problem for me though .I just park the thing in the watering hole and set up for 24 hour capture!
