Todd:

That clip is on 185.300 KHz, in A.M. mode with 6 KHz filter.
But it's the same in all modes, and all frequencies thru 10 Mtr.
Of course the intensity begins to drop some as you go up in 
frequency. But it sometimes is still an S-3 on 10 Mtr using the
2.4 KHz filter.
I've begged, and pleaded with the power company to do something
about it, gently reminding them that they are supposed to keep
the electrical lines clean from noise. We had bad lightening
Thurs. night, probably a strike has cracked an insulator, and 
all the moisture, and high humidity is making it worse.
I have never been noise free here, but after constant persistence,
They finally did something that greatly lowered the noise.
Back to square one now.  :::
