[Lowfer] WMS freq moved

Andy and all I have moved again, first copy on Ralphs grabber put me 
right on top of MP so I put another chip in -5hz. I am now at 185.3015 
I should have 0.4 hz spacing from Mp. 

I never would have thought I would be dealing with 0.1 hz precision. I 
grew up with equipment that I was lucky to tell what band I was on. My 
old Sky Buddy had a 0-100 bandspread dial, I would set it at 0 and tune 
the main tuning for the split between phone and cw,noviceband, at 7200 
and tune down. 
Best I can do is +/- 1 hz. It really doesn't matter just the spacing. 
Thanks to Ralphs grabber  I can tell. 

One oddity, I was using prints of the capture screen for comparison. I 
folded the screen from today and held it up to the screen from last 
night when MP was visible. The two prints are not the same size! there 
is a diference of about 0.050 in so I am slightly off on my estimates.
