[Lowfer] SPLASH WMS DIVES IN THE WATERING HOLE

In realestate school they taught us about Adverse Possesion. That is 
easement by encroachment can take property after 7 years. I lost my 
real estate license when they found out my parents were married. 

Seriously I think I will go up to 185.302. Highest I have is 185.3015 
which would put me on top of Mitch. 

I wonder if one could take two Epson osc separated by a few tenths of a 
hz and differential key like John does on 137?

As far as membership fees go I am now on social security, send bill to
