[Lowfer] SPLASH WMS DIVES IN THE WATERING HOLE

Beacon WMS has been moved to the watering hole. Best I can tell freq is 185300.5 / New tx is Lyles solderless tx with Epson osc, k1el id chip and  pn2222/pn2907 transistors. 

Rf current meter now pegged, old tx ran 90% full scale, so loading coil ok at new freq.
