Hi Paul:

Looking at a screen capture Jay got; WM's top frequency is right
at 185,300.50  ... It's possible you might be just far enough
above him to operate, but his signal will make it difficult to 
get you as John said. Lowering the VCC on the Epson chip will 
give some upward shift in frequency. If you don't find another
chip you like, try a potentiometer in the VCC line on the Epson
and move it up a few 10th's of a cycle.
