[Lowfer] SPLASH WMS DIVES IN THE WATERING HOLE

Beacon WMS has moved to the watering hole. New freq is 185.3005 khz. If this is too close to any others I have more chips to move around. 

TX is Lyle's "solderless design with Epson osc and pn2222/2907 with k1el id chip. 

Loading coil near full meshed with full scale deflection on rf current meter, old tx at 187.492 was 90%.
