Currently, I am just attempting to get the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) to place the petition on a NPRM.  Once they do, it'll be open for comment as routinely occurs with other rulemakings.  For now, I just need to support of others to convince OET to move it to that next step.  The person to contact for that is most likely Chief Julius Knapp.  In advance, thank you so much for whatever you can do.  To you and yours for a happy new year...
