[Lowfer] (test) Sending pictures via LOWFER

I have gotten image and movie files as large as 4 Mb directly via
Yahoogroups if the group allows attachments to be sent to the group. It does
not save them with the archived messages, though. You specifically have to
upload them into the "Photos" or "Files" sections to save them for the
group.
