Tom,

Thanks for the report.  But I screwed up......again :(

Night before last I ran WSPR at +10 dBm.  Yesterday evening I posted I would run 
at 0 dBm overnight.  Instead of making any adjustments to the transverter 
settings I just inserted a precision 10 dB attenuator in line.  The antenna 
wasn't perfectly tuned for the WSPR freq so I turned on the scope attached to 
the inline scopematch to tune the antenna.  The 0 dBm signal produced a noisy 
pattern so I removed the attenuator to get a better display.

This morning after seeing all the reception reports I connected the signal to a 
HP436A power meter to verify the exact power to substantiate bragging rights :)

Upon seeing +10.0 dBm on the meter I realized I had failed to remove the 10 dB 
attenuator after tuning the antenna.

Sorry for the error :(  I may run again at 0 dBm but for this afternoon and 
overnight I will go QRO for DX at 20 watts.
