[Lowfer] U.S. Loran-C to end by October 1

Dex, all,

There's nothing available on-line indicating that the Canadian Loran-C sites in Newfoundland or British Columbia would be shut down, so there may be some weak lines available for calibration purposes. But the easy cal stuff would be gone for most of us. Glad I picked up that GPS receiver with 10 MHz output when they were generally available!
