[Lowfer] 160 WSPR

Last night I heard a whole bunch of over modulated idiots on 160m. Even 
heard one at 2kc from the bottom of the band running LSB. France is 
coming in on 80m WSPR this evening. Check out the higher bands in the 
daylight and you will get some DX. 80m is good into the Baltic countries 
just before their sunrise up to about 2 hours past their sunrise. I 
worked S59A the other night at 0540z on 80m CW.
