[Lowfer] 160 meter WSPR experiment

I upped the output to 10 Watts. above that it appears that 
RF starts messin with the PC, and the tones start growling.
Let's see if an extra 3dB does anything. I figure that around
250 to 300 miles would be stretching pretty good.
