[Lowfer] WSPR experiment

Awesome signal for 5w and that low dipole. Drop it down to a half watt 
or lower and see how far it goes. Dave A1AA /17 crosses the pond most 
nights on 600 meters with one half watt into his TX loop using WSPR mode.
