[Lowfer] WSPR experiment

Rig was getting hot, so I backed off to 50% tranmit cycle.
2 min. on / 2 min. off . Still at 5 watts on 3.594.15 USB.
Reception should be in the WSPR window at 3.592.60 USB.
This is my first attempt, so something may not be right
on my end ???
