[Lowfer] 12.450 KHz Data Signal

I've seen durations up to 20 minutes between hearing these signals.  Then there 
may be just one burst or more often two in a row then back to silence.  No 
noticeable pattern so far.  The very weak signals are more frequent leading me 
to think I am hearing more than one other source.

Our power meters were changed a few years back for remote reading but I have not 
been able to determine what frequency they uses.  However I am fairly sure I 
first heard the 12 khz signal several years before the meters were installed.

I guess I need to see if I can receive these signals at another location.
