[Lowfer] OH, for the snow and ice again !

We had a small thunderstorm the other night and the static crashes
wiped out the entire lowfer part of the spectrum. They moved out of
the area and it was relatively quiet last night.

I guess the return of the storms is not something I'm looking forward
to, either.
