[Lowfer] XKO and new BDQ good tonight, 137K

Thanks Steve for the alert about BDQ. Unfortunately, even though XKO was 
strong as usual here, I saw nothing around 0730Z. There was some sort of 
signal showing strongly then on VE7TIL grabber 1 
(http://www3.telus.net/sthed/argo/), perhaps a mix of CW and QRSS), but 
not even a hint was seen here using QRSS60, slow.

Navtex conditions to the west weren't too bad since $12W, Astoria, OR 
decoded a couple of times over the evening. But conditions to the east 
might have been better. Got a trace of $01X, TFA, Iceland at 0755Z, but 
no letters decoded.
