my own verticle for WMS beacon is an aluminum tower.

this could be adapted to a monopole with an additional 4x4 in the ground.

I have no trees so a verticle was the only option I had. I considered 
irrigaation tubing but a friend gave me this tower. It had been sawn apart 
in haste taking it down and required many splices.

One trick for hauling pipe is to lay it on the ground , drive over it and 
pick it up and tie it to the bumper. flag any exeess sticking out in the 
rear( as little as possible in front).

Idea for mine came from an article in Radio Television News in 1991, a 
lowfer tx. I just adapted it to three legs.
