WD2XKO was active on 137.7777 kHz QRSS60 with excellent copy around
0330-0430Z. Signals were just barely making it into the F1AFJ grabber at
the start but improved later. Shifting to the lowfer watering hole,
signals were seen from WMS, MP, SIW, XR, and CV using QRSS30, slow. It
was interesting to note the uncorrelated fading among WMS, XR, and CV.
Copy was light for WMS, XR, and CV, with XR most often showing best. It
is WSPR activity day for 160 and 20 meters. Little activity was seen on
160 over night but 20 is quite lively this morning and signals are
making it to T61AA for the first time in quite a while. Guess the
increase in sunspots is beginning to have an impact.
