Here's a capture of the intruder from a short while ago.

It's interesting that the three dots circled in yellow are exactly 2 Hz separated - that makes me 
think the intruder is synthesizer equipped. Then there's the curious DFCW looking stuff. 'PC' makes 
me think W1VLF but he'd have to be running serious QRP to be that weak 3 miles away. Or is it 'ANC'? 
Further signal analysis required. Perhaps we should forward this to NSA for additional analysis.
