Along with that are there any opinions on Elecraft K3. I put one together
last year
and I find it to be scrunch proof. Got the good SSB roofing filter in it
and unless the guy
is dirty will operate within 2.5 K of another signal and allow all the
other features to work with
no IMD issues. it does the same IF shift etc as the other radio and is a
joy to operate. coverage
good to 600 meters and with plenty of options to drive any other
transverter VHF to LF
and you dont need a computer,,,, it is a great 100 watt light weight
radio, fun to build and operate
