The antenna is a 31 foot vertical with a center loading coil,
and an 18-3/4 foot top-hat,over a on the grass radial system
with 1 - 8 foot ground rod, and 2 - 4 foot rods, 2 feet aside.

#1: it performs poorly when the ground is saturated wet.

#2: it performs very good when the ground is dry.

#3: it performs exceptionally well when the ground is frozen.

#4: Snow, or ice accumulation on the top-hat and on the ground
seems to increase performance. Noting very little to NO
    RF current drop.

This data is for informational purposes for anyone interested
in antenna comparisons.
