[Lowfer] Navtex 500 kHz

Several folks have asked for info on getting started with NavTex. A good resource can be found at

Conditions were good last night with four new Naxtex station logged on 518 kHz.

O, Portpatrick Scottland, GPK (already had this one on 490 kHz)
T,  Ostend Belgium, OST
W, Valentia Ireland, EJK

and got lucky with a positive ID on O, Honolulu Hawii, NMO.
