Dang if you are not right-sorry about that!  I just checked calibration 
(which I should have done before sending my mail).  This receiver 
(continuously on) was dead on frequency (within 1 Hz) for three weeks ( I 
checked daily and the last time was this morning).  But sometime this 
afternoon it drifted 10 kHz off from the dial reading.  I now have to 
subtract 10 Hz to get the right frequency.

Switching to my other radio with its GPSDO clocking.
