[Lowfer] Navtex - Was Lowfer SJ to NE IL

Hello Lowfers,

So I'm not the only one that has done some Navtex DXing!  My log so far is the full alphabet save for
the letters L,M,S,Y and Z.  All are North American (Canada + US) except for my best DX to date
of station K in Puerto Montt, Chile, about 7000 miles!  I've captured it twice, so no fluke.
