[Lowfer] Lowfer SJ to NE IL

Haven't looked for lowfer SJ on 186.85 kHz QRSS20 for awhile so did that
last night around 0300Z (020510). It was apparent immediately and nice
ARGO copy at 186.9495 kHz. Pennsylvania NDBs like BHU, PIX, BZJ, EUD,
and SYS were all coming in as well so it looked like a good night to get
a complete copy of PBO on 187.2 kHz QRSS60. Things started well with a
dash at 0315Z. That was followed by two more dashes, but each faded more
than its predecessor and that's all that was seen. The watering hole was
then visited in hopes of seeing something of the WMs. No luck. MP was in
there fine as usual, WMS was weak, and CV was just barely identifiable.
Whatever good conditions existed for SJ had quickly vanished. Another
winter storm is hitting tonight so it will be interesting to see if that
helps or hurts.
