Andy,
   Didn't see your post until this morning about MFSK8. My receiver is set
up to output the signal with an offset of 700 Hz. I am assuming that to
receive your sig I would set my dial frequency to 185.700 KHz and then set
the receive center frequency to 700 Hz on the waterfall. I am using FLDIGI
to attempt to receive you.
